Terms of Service
Fair, simple, no surprises.
The rules for using iDrobe. We kept them short and human-readable because legal jargon helps no one.

01
Agreement & eligibility
Acceptance
By creating an account or using iDrobe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iDrobe.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use iDrobe. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (see our Privacy Policy).
Account responsibility
You need an account to use iDrobe. You can sign up with Google or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@idrobe.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
02
Using iDrobe
Permitted use
iDrobe is a personal wardrobe management tool. Use it for its intended purpose — uploading your own clothing photos, receiving AI-powered outfit suggestions, and managing your digital wardrobe.
Prohibited conduct
You may not: (a) upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent; (g) circumvent usage limits or access controls.
Fair usage
Free accounts have reasonable limits on uploads and AI features. These limits exist to keep the service running for everyone. Automated bulk uploads or API abuse may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
03
Your content
Ownership
You retain full ownership of your photos and wardrobe data. By uploading content to iDrobe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
AI processing
Your images are processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini for clothing analysis, Replicate for virtual try-on, Remove.bg for background removal) solely to provide iDrobe features. These services process your data as data processors under our instructions and do not retain your data beyond the time needed for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing agreements.
Content representations
You represent that you have the right to upload all content you provide and that your content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Deletion
You can delete individual items at any time from your wardrobe. You can delete your entire account and all associated data from your Profile page. Deleted data is permanently removed from our database and cloud storage within 30 days.
04
Subscriptions & payments
Free tier
Core features are available for free with usage limits. No payment information is required. The free tier may change over time, but we will provide at least 30 days' notice before materially reducing free tier features.
Premium plans
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) unlock higher limits and additional features. All prices are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis starting from the date of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of iDrobe's services, refunds are generally not provided after a billing period has started. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at hello@idrobe.io and we will evaluate your case on an individual basis. EU consumers retain their statutory right to withdraw from a digital content contract within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
05
Intellectual property
Our IP
iDrobe, its logo, design, code, AI models, and all associated intellectual property are owned by iDrobe or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about iDrobe, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the service without any obligation to you.
DMCA & copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on iDrobe infringes your copyright, submit a notice to hello@idrobe.io including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
06
Service availability & changes
Uptime
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. iDrobe depends on third-party services (cloud hosting, AI providers, payment processors) that may experience outages beyond our control.
Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time. For material changes that negatively affect your use, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or in-app notification.
Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination.
Termination by you
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon deletion, all your personal data, wardrobe items, photos, and try-on results are permanently removed from our systems.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your license to use iDrobe ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
07
Disclaimers & limitations
As-is service
iDrobe is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
AI accuracy
AI features (clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, virtual try-on, image generation) are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Do not rely on AI outputs for decisions with financial, health, or safety implications.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iDrobe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to iDrobe in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iDrobe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you upload; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations. Where any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, that provision shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
08
Privacy & data protection
Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using iDrobe, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Data processing
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable data protection laws. For detailed information about our data practices, legal bases, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
International transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required under GDPR.
09
Governing law & disputes
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and other applicable EU regulations. Where EU law does not cover a specific matter, the laws of the member state of your habitual residence shall apply. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@idrobe.io to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution. EU consumers may submit disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Jurisdiction
EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. For all other users, any legal proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the European Union.
Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any consolidated proceedings. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.
10
General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iDrobe regarding the service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these terms.
Force majeure
iDrobe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, government actions, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of iDrobe after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
