Account

You need an account to use iDrobe. You can sign up with Google or email/password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use iDrobe.

Acceptable use

Use iDrobe for its intended purpose — managing your wardrobe. Don't upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Fair usage

Free accounts have reasonable limits on uploads and AI features. These limits exist to keep the service running for everyone. Automated bulk uploads or API abuse may result in rate limiting.

Ownership

You own your photos and wardrobe data. By uploading to iDrobe, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content back to you — nothing more.

AI processing

Your images are processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Replicate, Remove.bg) solely to provide iDrobe features. These services do not retain your data beyond processing.

Deletion

You can delete individual items at any time. Deleted items are removed from our database and storage. For full account deletion, contact us.

Free tier

Core features are free with usage limits. No credit card required. The free tier may change over time, but we'll give notice before reducing it.

Premium plans

Paid plans unlock higher limits and premium features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain premium access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Uptime

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. iDrobe depends on third-party services (cloud hosting, AI providers) that may experience outages.

Changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms over time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

AI accuracy

AI features (clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, virtual try-on) are provided as-is. Results may not always be accurate. Don't rely on AI suggestions for critical decisions.

Liability

iDrobe is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or AI inaccuracies. Use the service at your own discretion.

Indemnification

You agree not to hold iDrobe liable for how you use the service or content you upload.
